Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — identifies your account and determines which machines you are permitted to see.
• A password, if you choose to set one. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form.
• Sign-in links — single-use tokens emailed at your request, which expire after 15 minutes.
• A session cookie, set when you sign in, so the site recognizes you as you move between pages.

If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your email address to us. We never receive your Google password, and we request access to no other Google data.

Vending machine data

The figures in these reports — vends, gross sales, commission, product mix and stock levels — come from Frozen Dessert Vending's own operational records. That is business data about machines, not personal information about you.

How we use it

Your email address is used to sign you in, to determine which machines you may view, and to send you monthly report emails. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the services listed below.

Services we rely on

• Vercel — hosts this site
• Neon — stores account records (email, role, machine access)
• Resend — delivers sign-in links and report emails
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google"

Each handles this information solely to provide the function described.

Tracking

This site carries no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies. The sign-in session cookie described above is the only cookie set.

Retention

Account records are kept for as long as your account remains active. Ask us to remove your access and the record is deleted. Expired sign-in tokens are discarded automatically.
